“ I was starving when I stumbled up Maria Bonita, along the well worn Main Street of Highland Falls, NY and just off the West Point, USMA campus. Maria, the owner, was also my server. I was disappointed they were out of tamales, but the #1 combo of taco, enchilada and burrito hit the spot! My toss up favorites were the enchilada filled with shredded chicken, topped with green sauce, and cheese, and the taco with shredded beef. Complimentary tortilla chips were crisp and the sauce was yummy fresh with some chopped fresh veggies. I hope to return for their tamales! ”

“ Passed by this small restaurant when driving through town. Decided to give it a try and stopped in on a rainy Friday evening. The restaurant itself was not crowded and there were two women and one man working. Chips and salsa were delicious and the margaritas were just right. We ordered cheese and chicken enchiladas. The red sauce was absolutely delicious and you can tell it was home made. The price was a little higher than expected for a small restaurant but overall a good experience. ”
